To ensure your complete satisfaction, Bentley Systems offers lighting by Lutron and Control 4. Lutron is “king of the hill” with every type of lighting device known to man. Lutron was founded by Mr. Joel Spira. He was the inventor of the first dimmer, which he invented in his apartment! Lutron specializes in controlling light, by dimming and switching it. Their most popular system for integrators is the RadioRa system, which is now at iteration 3. The name is significant as the switches and dimmers have radios in them, and Ra was the Egyptian sun god. Their devices run the gamut from entry level (Caseta) to whole house systems (Homeworks). Control 4 lighting pretty much mimics Lutron. If other home components are Control 4, then we use that line for maximum compatibility. In addition, we now offer Control 4 Vibrant lighting line, which allows us to add color to cove ceilings, behind televisions, and most anywhere else you can imagine. All controlled from your phone, tablet, or touchscreen. Like Lutron, they have in-wall keypads that can control everything from music to lights, and shades.
